A question we get often: why is gps visit tracking — a feature plenty of paid software charges extra for — just free forever in OPERATE?
Our reasoning
GPS visit tracking logs the actual start and end location and time of every visit automatically, so there’s a verifiable record. That’s core to actually running a pet business, not a nice-to-have upsell, so it shouldn’t sit behind a paywall.
How we think about pricing
OPERATE’s model isn’t built around nickel-and-diming small pet businesses for the basics. The features that matter for daily operations are simply included.
The bottom line
If a feature is essential to running your business well, we don’t think you should have to upgrade to get it.
