What we heard
The consistent theme: existing tools either didn’t do this at all, or buried it behind a paid tier that didn’t make sense for a solo or small-team pet business.
What we built in response
Online payments & invoicing lets clients pay by card on file and get invoices automatically, instead of chasing checks and Venmo requests. That’s a direct response to what sitters told us was missing, not a feature we guessed at.
Why this matters
A pet business runs on trust and consistency. Features built from actual sitter feedback tend to get used — features built in a vacuum tend to sit unused.
